We will explore ways we can reflect on our roles as leaders and also take steps to navigate the challenging circumstances and relationships we find ourselves. This conversation is designed to give us space to pause in this moment, reflect on the recent past, and then consider ways we can take hopeful steps with a mindset that finds opportunities for learning and growth. Our reflection and tools then can be shared as a way to encourage and equip our colleagues.
