Job Responsibilities

Everything that goes out of the kitchen is the responsibility of the executive chef

-maintain complete control f the kitchen

-command respect of his or her kitchen staff

-modify and create new menus

create a a wide variety of new dishes for kitchen

order supplies and report to head of establishment

-Excellent cooking skills

-understanding of produce and ingredients

-ability to write menus that are both creative and profitable

-Blue chip management
