Italian cuisine has developed through centuries of social and political changes, with roots as far back as the 4th century B.C.E. Italian cuisine in itself takes heavy influences, including. Significant changes occurred with the discovery of the New World and the introduction of potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers and mayonnaise, now central to the cuisine but not introduced in quantity until the 18th century. Italian cuisine is noted for its regional diversity abundance of difference in taste, and is known to be one of the most popular in the world, with influences abroad.

Italian housing are really close together and compacted. Italy housing and architecture still is divided into 4 style of categories. The four styles are Villas, Chalet Style,Tuscan Style and Mediterranean Style. The Villas Style is a home made for country life or for a getaway from the city. These houses we usually built for wealthy and upper class people. Villas were influence by spanish architecture the rood are usually flat or gabled there are hood ornaments and windows tall and arched.
