An MSD Staff Communication that Cuts out the Clutter!
December 30th, 2021
Greetings, Mighty Medford Educators!
We hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the snow that came our way! It was a beautiful addition to the season (though it did create some travel headaches for many of us and our families coming and going into the valley, of course)!
As we head into the New Year, I wanted to update you on a few items: the 2022-2023 calendar, attendance zoning, and, of course, the omicron variant.
Here’s to a 2022 filled with hope and joy. I appreciate all you do for and with our students!

Main Thing 2: Attendance Zoning
In case you missed it, Medford’s third middle school has a name, Oakdale Middle School! Crews are making great progress on upgrades to the building and we continue to plan for an August 2023 opening. We will reconvene our Attendance Zoning Committee this month, which will be charged with proposing new attendance zones to the Board of Directors this spring. If you would like to serve on the committee, fill out this form. To learn more about our attendance zoning process, click here.
