Extra Yearbooks on Sale Monday!

This year's yearbooks have been distributed to students that pre-purchased one. If you were unable to purchase a yearbook for your child, you may still be able to do so. We have a very limited number of extra copies available in the office for $20 each. Exact cash only (we cannot make change). Due to the limited number of yearbooks available for purchase, these will be sold at a first come, first serve basis and we are not able to reserve a copy for anyone. These will be available during office hours, starting on Monday, May 23rd at 12:00pm.

Are Your Child's Immunizations Up to Date?

Now is the time to think about getting your student prepared for next school year. The State of Indiana requires a student to be compliant with their immunizations to attend school. It can be difficult to get your student into your doctor's office before the start of school, so HSE Schools and the Fishers Health Department would like to help. HSE will be providing Onsite Vaccine clinics throughout the district this summer and special hours at the FHD Vaccine Clinic to provide the State-required immunizations to your student(s). Please watch for information regarding the dates and how to register via social media, Parent Square and the HSE website.

Geist 5K

Geist 5K is next Saturday, May 21st ! As we approach race day, here are a few things to remember:

  • Race packets will come home with students next week.
  • Students are encouraged to wear their race shirts to school on Friday, May 20th. (This shirt will be in their packets.)
  • We will meet in front of the Jimmy John’s (116th & Olio Road) no later than 6:30 AM on Saturday morning. Please see parking map and traffic flow patterns. Park at one of the participating lots and walk over to our meeting spot.

  • Please have your HRE student wear their 1st day Hoosier Road Shirt on Saturday.

Rental iPad Return Information

Summer Reading Program at Hamilton East Public Library

Note from the Office

When reporting an absence or late arrival, we will ask you for your child’s name, their teacher’s name and a brief reason for their absence. The direct line for our attendance is 317-915-4248. Even if you email the teacher, you MUST still report the absence to the office! Thank you!

Covid Test Kits

The Indiana Department of Health has supplied HSE Schools with Covid test kits to provide to our families. Test kits are available for families to pick up at the school if you would like to have at-home tests for personal use. Please stop by the school during office hours if you would like a package of kits.

A Message from the Clinic

Please remember to send your student to school healthy. If a student is ill and has any of the symptoms of Covid, we encourage you to get your student tested. Please do not send your child to school ill or while waiting for Covid test results.

Fall Program Registration Now Open

What will you play? Registration for football, cheerleading, soccer, girls volleyball, cross country, field hockey, fall baseball, fall softball, boys lacrosse stick skills and high school rugby sevens is officially open with wait lists forming after May 31st. Scholarship Program

We want everyone to play. Mudsock Youth Athletics offers full and partial registration scholarships to children who qualify for free or reduced lunch within the Hamilton Southeastern School District.
