Come discover a variety of quick, easy techniques that will help you get the answers you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities in your life, in your own way. This workshop is ideal for recent high school graduates, college students or young adults in the early stages of their career. No writing experience required. Your work will not be shared.

About Your Coach
Jeanne Westervelt Rice is a developmental writing coach, certified by the Center for Journal Therapy and is continuing her studies in expressive writing through the Therapeutic Writing Institute of Denver, CO. She has 25 years of experience as an executive coach and business writer and holds a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University. A lifelong journaler, Jeanne is delighted to share the transformative power of writing with others through her workshops, retreats and private coaching sessions.
