The digestive system is located in the stomach

Digestive System Functions of Organs

Mouth: Takes in food and liquids
Large Intestine: Absorbs water and salts
Stomach: Stores food
Gallbladder: Stores bile


The gallbladder digests food. It also stores bile. Also the gallbladder absorbs vitiams D,E,K, and A.

Diseases in the Digestive System

Some diseases in the digestive system is Actinomycosis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gastroenteritis, and Uric Acid.
The causes of the Gastroenteritis is a virus infection. Treatment for it can be replacing lost body fluids. Symptoms of this disease is vomiting, abdominal pains, and diarrhea.

Interaction with Other Organs

Three ways it interacts with other organs in the body is giving nutritious to the bones. Second is that it helps the muscles get strong. Lastly is that it helps the heart beat.
