One of those ways to get better is to get help through anonymous groups. Anonymous groups are groups, such as Al-Anon and Alcoholics Anonymous, are used for alcoholics to get help from random people and motivating them to stop their addiction. Al Anon and Alcoholics Anonymous are just two of many different websites and programs that can help alcoholics get better.
