Weekly Newsletter
This week, I'd like to highlight our School Resource Officer (SRO). Officer Daniels is an EC graduate. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC Riverside and a Master’s Degree in Recreation Management from Cal State East Bay. Officer Daniels has been with the Oceanside Police Department for eight years. He is currently assigned to the School Safety Enhancement Team as a School Resource Officer (SRO) for El Camino HS.
Officer Daniels took on the position as a School Resource Officer to give back to his community and be a positive role model. His passion for mentoring youth has been a major influence in his daily efforts to keep the campus safe and build positive relationships with the students and faculty. For Officer Daniels, it’s all about uplifting the next generation and going the extra mile to help others. It’s just a bonus that he gets to do it at El Camino HS, where it all started.
Thank you, Officer Daniels, for partnering with us, for being a positive role model and for all that you do for our students!
