Falcon Ridge Family Updates
February 1, 2021
News and Tidbits
We had such a wonderful week with all of our elementary students back on campus! The week was full of smiles, elbow bumps, and celebration. I think our students have developed a new appreciation for coming to school - such an unexpected blessing.
Did you know that each month we teach students a new character trait? Character is equally important to academics at Falcon Ridge and our aim is to produce amazing future citizens. According to our Student Handbook, "Kindness will be the number one expectation for Falcon Ridge Charter students in the area of behavior." Kindness is the February character trait. Ask your student(s) about ways they can show kindness at home and school.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the drop-off and dismissal procedures below.
Have a fantastic week!

If you need to get out of your car for any reason, please park your car in the lot.
Dismissal:
Process for Dismissal Changes Made During the School Day:
We understand and expect that dismissal changes can and do occur any time during the school day. Your student's safety is our priority. If you have a dismissal change that needs to be communicated to your student and their teacher, please follow our dismissal change process:
Dismissal change before 12pm, please email the teacher directly.
Dismissal change after 12pm, please email the teacher and office or call the front office.
It is important that the front office be aware of all dismissal changes after 12pm to help ensure the dismissal change is received by your student and their teacher.
