School Supplies

Students in grades 6-12 should be prepared with general supplies, such as paper, pencils, and pens. Teachers will provide additional supply needs specific to their courses once school begins.

2022-2023 Health Protocols

Round Lake Area Schools CUSD #116 will continue with a similar masking protocol for the start of the 2022-23 school year.

Masking protocols will follow a set of thresholds and are dependent upon the number of active COVID-19 cases within each individual school or office building. If active positive cases reach a specific threshold, students and staff may be asked to wear masks in certain situations or universally. A description of masking definitions and protocols may be viewed on the District’s website.

Families and staff are asked to report all COVID-19 and other communicable diseases to the school nurse and seek additional guidance. A COVID-19 Dashboard is posted on the District’s website and will be updated daily.

Should the need to mask in situational and/or universal cases, a communication will be sent to families and staff members via email and text.

If you have any questions about this information, please contact your child’s school office.
