In science class this week, we are learning about different types of animals. Mine is a koala. After we research, we need to write a book creator on the animal that we picked. After that, we have to present to the class. That is what I learned in science class.

This week I learned that Cherry Berries on a Cloud is the best dessert of all time.
~ Madison
In math I learned how to compare fractions. To compare fractions the denominator must be the same size. I also learned how to compare fractions with symbols. Here are the symbols < (less than), > (greater than), and = (equal to)

Crayfish Fun!
The third graders had the opportunity to invite the kindergarten classes down to learn about the crayfish. Our third graders are amazing teachers! The explained what the body parts are and what they do and showed them how to safely handle and pick up the crayfish. It is one of the highlights of the unit and everyone was very excited to participate.
