How to Age Gracefully!

20´s-40´s

  • get lots of calcium and iron, carbs, sodium, get antioxidants, and eat soy beans
  • do constant exercise, don´t smoke, eat right, protect and nurture your skin
  • get enough sleep, maintain homeostasis, and do a form of mental activity to keep mental punctuality

50´s-70´s

  • eat healthy, stay active; mental and physical, don´t drink; but if you do, in moderation
  • keep track of illnesses and health, protect heart health, eat healthy, get immunized
  • eat right, don´t smoke, better hygiene, less stress, be as active as possible, but don´t stress your body, be optimistic, avoid diseases; depression, anxiety
