Right to Education

Every child has the right to an education. Education transforms lives and breaks the cycle of poverty that traps so many children.

More than 72 million children of primary education age are not in school

Right now, millions of children are still being denied their right to go to school. Poor teaching and facilities, or poverty, don't give others the opportunity to fulfill their potential. Across the world many children miss out on their education because they are made to work, they are recruited into armed forces, their families do not have the money to pay for schooling, they face violence as they pursue their education.

As much as you may not like going to school everyday, it is an opportunity for you to get a good education in order to have a successful future. Many children around the world aren't even given this opportunity, even when they want it.

How can you help?
