Winter Break is Here

As the calendar year draws to a close, we want to remind you how much we appreciate each and every one of you. The contributions you have made to our Sanger community are priceless. The fall semester has flown by! Congratulations on finishing this semester and getting through ACP's exams. We have accomplished much this semester and we've have much to accomplish. I've enjoyed working together toward the common goal of success for our students and I'm looking forward to 2015!


Enjoy your time with your family and friends! We look forward to seeing you next semester.

Holiday Toy Donations

Did you know that our school has 4 toy drives that benefit our students? Kudos go to Mr. Lopez, Ms. Aguilera, and Ms. Cerillo for coordinating the efforts in conjunction with the contributors. Our students have been given many wonderful toys for Xmas thanks to these organizations' generosity.


Contributors are: Drake Athletics, Toys for Tots, Good Samaritan Episcopal Church, and The Girls from Coppell High School.

Sanger Winter Dinner Theater

Our music department held a banquet at Lakeside Baptist Church. It was a success. There were performances by all grade levels. Thank you Ms. Brown and Mr. Hood.

Dallas Mayor's Race

Our students and staff participated in the Dallas Mayor's Race on Saturday. Thanks to Mr. Lopez and Ms. Hammond, our school was awarded a $4,500 grant for MyFi by Oncor.

Many staff came and supported, kudos go to Mr. Jordi, Ms. Ontiveros, Ms. Villegas, Ms. Ginger, Ms. Serpas, Ms. Pando, Ms. Vejar, Ms. Barraza, Ms. Romero, Ms. Williams, and Mr. Martinez. Way to Go Team!

Hi my name is Lizbeth, what’s your name?

Ms. Harris

How are your classes going?

Oh my classes are going really good this year.

What inspired you to be a teacher?

What inspired me to be a teacher was actually my second grade teacher; I had a second grade teacher, her name was Ms. Ridley and ever since then I wanted to be a teacher.

How did you become a teacher?

I became a teacher after high school I went to college, I went to the University of North Texas and then after college I took some test and then got certified and became a teacher.

What is your favorite thing about Sanger?

My favorite thing about Sanger is probably the students.

What is something unique about you?

Something unique about me is that I like sports a lot and know a whole bunch about sports.
