Depression is a strong mood involving sadness, discouragement,despair or hopelessness that lasts for weeks months or longer
What are some signs or symptoms or Depression?
Some signs are negative feelings and moods, negative thinking , social with drawl , low energy and motivation , low concentration and physical symptoms like gaining or losing weight.
How does Depression affect someone?
It can affect the persons appetite also can pull away from family and friends, hard to concentrate in classes and always felling exhausted and drained.

How is Depression diagnosed?
Depression is usually self-diagnosed if the person is willing to accept it.
