Kenny Gant visits KHES

On Thursday, December 17th former Dallas Cowboy Kenny Gant spoke to the 2nd graders on good sportsmanship and character. Our "little" KHES Cowboys were very impressed with this Dallas Cowboy!

Mrs. Eriksen says "Thank You!"

On Thursday, Dec. 17, Mrs. Eriksen was duct taped to the wall! Every student was given a piece of duct tape to help. Thanks to you and all of our students, PTA was able to reach their goal during the Apex Fun Run. The final total is not available yet but PTA raised over $9,000!

Outdoor Learning Center

We appreciate any and all help in keeping our Outdoor Learning Center clean. There were several bags of leaves/debris that were left inside the OLC last month. Although these leaves can be used as ground cover for many of our plants, we do not have a need for this type of mulch. Again, we appreciate all that you do to help.

How Do You Make a Teacher Smile? CHOCOLATE!

Our teachers LOVE CHOCOLATE & Jean's Passes! If you would like to donate bags of miniature candies like Reese's, Twix, M&M's, etc. just drop them off in the front office. Mrs. Eriksen keeps a bucket of chocolate in her office everyday specifically to make the entire staff SMILE.

Thank you to for the donations so far!! We've seen many, many smiles!!
