An Academic Journey!!
Some days it seems like we just began this journey. For our students in this first graduating class, their next journies are about to begin! What an honor to be part of these special moments! We are so proud of our seniors and cannot wait to watch them walk across the stage for high school and possibly ACC!! Our mission of H.O.P. E. is instilled in each and every one of you!
Spring Semester Underway!
At the start of this semester, ACC released our campus grade report. Our students were enrolled in a total of 821 courses and pulled through with outstanding performance during the Fall 2019 semester! Congratulations on a job well done! It is evident that through HARD WORK and EFFORT, our students truly shine!!

Interaction with a Peace Officer Training - 9th/10th
Implementation of Senate Bill (SB) 30, Community Safety Education Act
In accordance with state law, we will begin training students on proper interaction with Peace officers. The implementation will begin with students in graduation cohorts 2022 and beyond.
ECHS has scheduled for ACC PD to present information on Friday, February 21, 2020. We appreciate ACC Police officers for taking the time and investing in our students and community!
Counselor Updates
Tenth grade individual planning conferences are underway! Please follow the link to sign up. Conferences are held with Ms. Holmes now through February 27. Please work with your students to pick a time outside of ACC course times in their schedule.

Princeton Review (11th grade)
Course Schedule:
SAT Prep will take the place on Owl Fridays for the month of February, starting on February 7th. Sessions are from 2:40 pm to 4:20 pm (some additional time will take place during the 4th club session to account for 5 weeks worth of Prep time over the four week period).
Attendance Policy:
Students are permitted a total of one absence (including classes and exams) for serious illness or a family emergency. A second absence will result in removal from the course; no refunds will be given. In order to maximize success and experience great improvement, students must be present and practice the techniques developed in the course.
Tuition and Fees:
The fee for the Princeton Review course at Early College High School is $125—reduced from $800+. Additional discounts will be offered for those that qualify for Free and Reduced fees. Free or Reduced Lunch qualifies for a fee of $25. The fee covers course materials, instruction, three full-length practice exams, and teacher feedback.
Registration:
To register, please complete and return this sign up form by Friday, January 31st. This information will help us order the correct amount of materials. Payment can be made through Ms. Vaugh in the Main Office by Friday, February 7th. Checks should be made out to Early College High School. Payments can be arranged if needed.
