Rocky Mountain Newsletter

From the Principal's office
Hello Rocky Rams!
Thank you for your support and your partnership throughout this school year. You can continue to visit our school webpage at www.rmes.svvsd.org for the most up to date information and resources pertaining to attendance, meals, as well as ways to connect with our counselor and teachers. Also, be sure to check out the section with a calendar of upcoming events.
Please help us with the student pick-up and drop-off in the upper east parking lot by staying in your vehicle. Thank you for your ongoing patience as well as kindness towards all Rocky Mountain community members. If you prefer to park or if you walk to the school, then determine a location in the green space next to 5th Avenue, also referred to as the pit, to meet your students. Please park along the northside of 5th Avenue, as the southside is in front of our residents and parking in front of these areas continues to inconvenience them as cars have blocked these residents from leaving as well as returning to their homes. The front parking lot is ONLY FOR BUSES during arrival and dismissal. As a reminder, students should not be arriving at school until 8:45am as that is the time when supervision from Rocky Staff begins. Your student will be tardy if they arrive after the tardy bell rings at 8:55am. Thank you again for your support with keeping adequate social/physical distance and during both pick-up and drop-off times.
Take care and thank you for your continued support as well as partnership!
James Garcia
