Community Service Deadline May 15th

Turn in your form to Crosby Scholars as soon as possible!

Don't get dismissed!

All Crosby Scholars are required to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours each school year and turn in a completed Community Service form by the annual deadline. Turn in a form to your guidance office or to the Crosby Scholars office by Friday, May 15th. Students who do not submit a form by the deadline are removed from the Crosby Scholars program this school year. *Please Note: Current 10th-11th grade students cannot re-join the program.

6th-12th: Free ticket to Kannapolis Intimidators game

Students who turn in a community service form by May 15th may be eligible for a free ticket voucher to see the Kannapolis Intimidators on Sunday, May 17th at 2pm. Click here to find out how!

Rising 8th Grade College Tour

An exciting early awareness trip to local college campuses in July, available to Crosby Scholars who complete the program in 7th grade. More details available soon!

9th-12th: End of Year Celebration

All High School Crosby Scholars and their parents are invited to attend our End of Year Celebration on Thursday, May 28th at The Event Center from 6:30-8pm, where we will recognize active participants, student officers, outstanding community service and more. We are honored to have Ralph Ketner as our special guest speaker! Please RSVP by registering in your portal.

9th-12th: Free ~ Critical Thinking Camp

In partnership with Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, Crosby Scholars will host the 2nd Critical Thinking Camp for rising 9th-12th grade students, FREE! The camp will be held at RCCC on June 15-19 from 9am-1pm. Fun activities will focus on brain-training and enabling students to deepen their critical thinking skills before college. Open to 30 students. Register in your portal!
