Kudos to Ken Damron and DeAnne Hart. A large part of what makes Ridgeview so great is working closely with such dedicated and caring colleagues. Since it is National School Counseling Week, I want to thank my fellow counselors for always helping our students in crisis, implementing guidance lessons to give students valuable life skills, meeting with failing students to problem solve obstacles and set goals, and for working collaboratively to meet our students emotional and social needs. Due to the confidential nature of our business, we often cannot share what goes on in our offices but I know for a fact that lives are changed and sometimes even saved because of Ken and DeAnne.
-Carrie Proctor
Props to 7th grade science for getting their Medical School program planned out, and to 8th grade science for preparing for the STAAR review program. Productive group!

I would like to shout out to George Vasquez and the night Custodians. No one sees them, but they make sure the classrooms, locker rooms, gyms (just to name a few) are clean and ready everyday (or every night rather).

Daisy Woods for being a hugely positive force for this campus, and for finding an incredible professional development for 8th grade US history to attend. You are the bees knees :)

Here's a fun incentive! If we have 100 participants, Blackland and RMS combined, we will get to see Mr. Mutscher and Mrs. Hildebrand do a dressed up rendition of Sonny and Cher! Mr. Mutscher has issued an additional challenge for RMS to have more entries than Blackland. Get your running shoes on Panthers!
