Wolfpack Howler
Volume 19 Issue 24 - March 14, 2021
Welcome back to Quarter 4!
Since we have some new students returning in-person, I wanted to take a moment to re-share the in-person expectations below and a couple other reminders.
ALSO - as a reminder we now have regular classes FIVE days a week. Additionally, Zones are now a part of your student's class schedule for Period 2 and SSP after the room number (ex: Z1 = Zone 1).
Returning In-Person for Qtr 4 -
- Students who are coming In-Person: Reminder to bring the following:
-Mask (or two)
-Device (and charger)
-Earbuds or headphones
-Water Bottle (with a straw if you have one)
-Backpack or Book Bag (no assigned lockers)
-Lunch (if you're not getting it at school)
Textbook Returns & Pick-Up -
- Students in-person will be returning textbooks this week and pick up textbooks after spring break.
- Remote students can stop by the school during office hours (7:15-3:15) and drop off books they do not need anymore this week or after spring break.
- Remote students who need NEW textbooks can also pick those up the week after spring break.
Take care and welcome back!

Alaska Performance Scholarship - Requirement Update
On Friday, the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education announced they will suspend the Alaska Performance Scholarship testing requirement for 2021 high school graduates.
This is great news for students who have been unable to take either the ACT or SAT. APS eligibility and award level will be determined by meeting the existing rigorous course and GPA requirements.
