Parent Teacher Conferences
West Families,
Our parent-teacher conferences are this coming Thursday, March 18th. Please make sure you contact your child's teacher to arrange an appointment if you haven't already. Your input and communication are very valuable and we would love to be able to collaborate with you. If that day does not work for you, feel free to reach out to the teacher and make arrangements for a time that works for both of you.
If you have questions about anything your child is learning, this is the perfect opportunity to touch base with the teacher and ensure your child's needs are being met. With all of the changes during this current school year, your input and support are more valuable than ever. Thank you for taking the time to support your child's education!

NO SCHOOL March 15th!
Due to over 110 of our employees receiving their second dose of the COVID vaccination on Saturday, March 13th, as well as the scarcity of substitute teachers available, school is canceled on Monday, March 15th.

Parking Concerns
Please remember to use the east side lot ONLY for parent drop-off and pick up. This includes times when you are dropping your child off late or picking them up early from school. The west parking lot is for staff and busses ONLY. Our busses are already navigating in a tight area and cars continue to utilize that space and move in and out of our buses putting our students and bus drivers in danger.
In the drop-off lane, make sure your kids are ready to exit the vehicle quickly on the passenger side only and wait in line instead of passing on the left of vehicles in case someone does get out on the driver side.
If you arrive early for your child, do not take up parking spaces until your child is dismissed. It's appreciated if you drive around the block and come back into the lot to avoid the congestion. Our pick-up lot is typically empty by 3:15 and students will wait outside with an adult until then.
Masks should also be worn outside while picking up your child at the end of the day.
