A banquet manager is the person who oversee the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, dining room and other areas where the banquet is held.

The responsibility and duties of the Banquet Manager

  • Good customer service skills; You will have to make sure the customers are satisfied with the experience and the service of the banquet.
  • Knowledge of the entire facility and the jobs of the workers; You may have to train employees in their area.
