sugar is EVERYWHERE!!!
You may not know it but sugar is everywhere! even in the things you don't expect them in. such as yogurt, fruits , vegetables, and much much more. you may be thinking " oh it's not that bad" well to much sugar can lead to tooth decay, pain in the gums, and obesity. I'm not saying though that you can't eat sugar many health experts recommend that you eat 8 teaspoons of sugar a day.
