SENIOR SPECIALITES DEADLINE-NOV 17

Parents/Guardians, please remind your senior:

ALL SENIOR SPECIALTIES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE GOOGLE FORM BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2023. ANYTHING SUBMITTED AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.

  • Senior Quotes

All senior quotes are subject to approval by Mrs. Custer and the WRHS administration. There will be no inappropriate language, inappropriate innuendos/insinuations, or reference to drugs, sex, gangs, or violence. If your quote contains anything that is not school appropriate, it will not be put into the yearbook! Mrs. Custer and the WRHS admin have final say on what is considered inappropriate. Putting your quote in the yearbook is a privilege, not a right. Do not abuse it.

  • Casual Pictures

Many students had their casual pictures taken with BPI, and if that is the case and you paid the sitting fee, the one you select will be sent straight to the yearbook staff for inclusion in the yearbook. You do not have to submit anything to the WRHS yearbook staff yourself. If you did not pay the sitting fee, then BPI will choose a photo for you. You do not have to use the photo from BPI. If you decide you have a different casual picture that you would like to use, you will submit it using the link provided here. If you submit a casual picture using our link, it will be used over any that BPI sends to us.

  • Baby Pictures

Baby pictures must be submitted using the link provided here.

  • Back-in-the-Day Pictures

These are different than baby pictures. If you have pictures of you and your fellow seniors from throughout the years, they may be submitted for our back-in-the-day collage. Since these pictures tend to have multiple seniors in them, they are included on a separate page from your individual quote, casual, and baby picture. Please identify all of the seniors who are in the picture you submit.

**All pictures will need to be saved to your Google Drive in order to upload to the Google Form. Please label these pictures with your first and last name when you save them.**

Affordable Internet Provider Program

For Learners and Families: getinternet.gov

https://www.hcbe.net/affordableconnectivity

The FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) allows qualifying households to reduce their internet costs by up to $30/month ($75/month on Tribal lands). Getinternet.gov is a simple, easy-to-use website with details on how households can sign up for ACP and find participating providers in their area. Several companies additionally committed to offer ACP-eligible families at least one high-speed plan for $30/month or less, with no additional fees and no data caps. This mean that if households apply their ACP benefit to one of these plans, they would have no out-of-pocket cost for internet.

Additional Resource:

T-Mobile: Free internet hotspots

We believe access to education is access to opportunity. That’s why we’re offering free hotspots and internet to 10 million eligible households. Your child can qualify for Project 10Million through eligibility for the National School Lunch Program, which also can be verified through participation in many government programs.

Meningococcal Vaccine

Reminder parents, children 16 years of age and older, who are entering the 11th grade (including new entrants), must have received one booster dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4), unless their initial dose was administered on or after their 16th birthday.
