A Message From Bear Branch JH
Week 7
Week 6 (10/9 - 10/13) Recap
Classroom Visits & Learning Celebrations!
New and Improved Library
Our Library as undergone a transformation over the last 2 years. We've added instructional technology tools, new furniture and flexible seating, and this week, wall art!
Coding
In their Coding Classes, students developed code to create their own video games! Impressive! Coding is one of the most important skills students can have in today's world. In fact, Burning Glass Technologies, a software analytics company, conducted a study finding that there were more than "7 million job openings in 2015 in occupations that required coding skills."
Plant Science
We have plant science classes as a part of our Agriculture Department. This week, plant science classes began cultivating our community garden. They worked together to plant various fruits and vegetables. As you can see in the photo, carrots and green beans are on the way!
