National School of Choice Week is complete!

What an AMAZING week we had celebrating how AWESOME our school is! We are so glad that all of our students and our families CHOOSE Clover Garden School as your School of Choice!! We are PROUD to be Grizzlies!! #CGSisBETTERthanBEST!

Special shout out to Mrs. Wilson, Mrs. Thompson, our CGS Student Council and CGS Yearbook clubs for hosting our 1st dance in three years!! We greatly appreciate all of the countless staff and parents who showed up on Friday night to celebrate and dance with us!! It was such a success and we couldn't have done it without your support! The kids had a blast and it was so much fun seeing our K-8 students in that social setting. We look forward to more extra-curricular events for our kids this school year!

Feedback Form FAQ 22-23

“Feedback Form” Submissions from week of 1/23:

For the dances, there are several questions on your Facebook posts. Can you answer them on the newsletter? Specifically, for the elementary dance, can students bring a change of clothes, or do they have to wear their dance clothes all day? For example, they want to wear a pretty dress, but have PE, etc.

  • I'm sorry for the delay! I'm sure the individual teachers already answered this but I'm sure bringing a change of clothes was ok! I saw many beautiful and handsome young ladies and gentlemen Friday night! They were dressed to impress!

Can we please re-evaluate the pick up process? It takes entirely too long to pick up in the afternoon unless you're the first person in the line & I don't have time to even try to be the first car in the line, then sitting in the line for 30+ minutes with a baby & toddler is painful. For example, here it is 3:20 pm and I'm still around the back of the school waiting for students to be let out of their parking spots. I need to get my kids and go.

  • We are happy to hear solutions, please send them our way. We are always looking for ways to help our car rider lines wait times improve. We have approx. 300+ cars daily coming through our AM and PM car rider lines and our priorities are always safety first and efficiency second. We will revisit ideas with our traffic team to see if there is a way to improve our current systems in place.

Can you update the directory on your website with the newer teacher names and email links? I needed to email my son’s teacher, but the teacher started mid-year and was not listed. Thanks

  • Thank you! We absolutely can!

If you missed something or just need clarity on an event, etc. please fill out the form found here: https://forms.gle/L7oKFaRZUuiuh8JH7 This form will be monitored weekly and answers to frequently asked questions will be provided in the weekly Sunday message.
