Project Graduation

PROJECT GRADUATION REVERSE RAFFLE
THE PROJECT GRADUATION $5,000 REVERSE RAFFLE WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, MARCH 11, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Jacksonville Country Club. Three hundred tickets will be sold for $50.00 each. This ticket will get two people into the party where we will be having heavy hors’doeuvres will be served. The first ticket drawn will win $250. Every 50th ticket drawn will win $100.00. The last ticket drawn will win $5,000 [or the last five names may choose to split]. This is a fun, exciting event and it really helps us plan a nice Project Graduation party for our Seniors!
Tickets go on Sale on November 1st and can be purchased in the Northside High School Testing Office. If you have any questions please contact Nell Altman-Boyce.
A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO SENIOR PARENTS: Please participate in this event and help sell tickets. You may pick up tickets from the testing office to sell any time on Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays until 3:00 p.m.

Reminder: Every Tuesday is Avid College shirt day. Remember to wear a college shirt on Tuesdays. The 2nd period with the most participants will win a prize.
Students check lost and found in the front office for any missing items. Any items not claimed by the end of the day today will be donated.
The Northside Teacher Cadets need your help! Please donate old children’s toys to support our study of development. Northside Science Olympiad is also looking for empty 2L soda bottles to use for our construction events. Please drop all donations off with Mrs. Martin in room 604.
Please turn in all JOEMC 2016 Rural Electric youth tour applications to the front office by the end of the day on the 23rd.
If you missed the dance team interest meeting and are interested in auditioning, please see Ms. Reeves as soon as possible. You have until Friday, February 26th to get the information and to sign-up. This is the last chance for sign-ups. Don't miss it!

Congratulations to Samuel Barbosa, Meshack Smith, Kyle Linger, Naiyiem Kelly, Nate Luna, and Tony Locke for making it to the NCHSAA 2A state wrestling tournament. For the first time ever, NHS had three wrestlers place at the state tournament. WAY TO GO GUYS!!! We are proud of you!
