At Home with Kwame Alexander: Free Writing, Reading, and Learning Resources for Students (and Their Teachers)!
K-12 Teachers and Parents, thanks for your patience. REGARDING MY BOOKS, until July 1, 2020, you have my permission to stream privately to your students, or record on a private site for your students, Read-Alouds of ANY of my books.
My publishers say public sharing or photo-copying of any of the books is not allowed, but as we come up with new solutions and innovative ideas, I will share with you for sure. In the meantime, in between time, I'll post some fun and functional learning resources from me, Randy, my friends, and the Versify authors, on a site I created with my partners, Teacher Created Materials. We all want to help support the amazing work you are doing during these unprecedented times. Stay strong and check us out at http://athomewithkwame.com/

Keep your mind occupied
This site is for all of you whose minds can't still themselves for long periods of time. It's for all of you who have to always be learning and exploring new worlds. The site is a labor of love. It is not original content. I make no claims the links would work in perpetuity or won't change. I update it regularly at this moment, as we are in the very beginning of the covid19 pandemic in the US. Please let me know if there are any other resources you'd like to see here. I try to keep it to all free educational or entertainment links, making sure it is kid-friendly.
