Ortega’s Oration
Dear Bryan High Community,
I want to welcome all returning families to the 2022-2023 academic year and give a warm welcome to our 350 new 9th grade families who joined us this year!
We are off to a great start at Bryan High School and are a little smaller at around 1,550 students this year. I am excited to communicate that this year we officially moved forward as a wall-to-wall college and career academy high school. This means that all our students are currently or will be in one of our five college and career academies. I am looking forward to continuing to build relationships with all our students and families and seeing the student benefits and opportunities our academies will afford them this year.
We appreciate your support in ensuring all our students are doing everything possible to meet their academic goals this year, including attending daily, arriving to each class on time, and participating in one of our many extracurricular activities offered at Bryan High. New this year is a robotics course and a disc club that looks like a lot of FUN! I look forward to the many successes that await us this school and thank you for your continued support!
