The Ludwig Ledger
May 2020
Dear Parents,
I wanted to send out one last newsletter with some information to get us through these final days of school.
On Friday, May 20th our students will have the opportunity to watch their peers perform in the Variety Show. Our families will be able to watch it live-streamed on Ludwig's YouTube channel, ludwig youtube. The show will start at 8:30 am. If you choose to watch, you will see a Live video once it begins.
After the Variety Show, the students will participate in our Game Day. The students will rotate among the classrooms in their grade level for some fun and games. An inflatable obstacle course will be outside as one of the rotations for them to play on too. Kona Ice will be here for part of the day. Every student will receive one 16 oz. Kona Ice, no charge to our students. They will NOT have the opportunity to purchase an additional one.

iPads
The technology department will be collecting all iPads and chargers from our students during the last few days of school. Please make sure that your student has his/her iPad and charger in their backpack every day next week. Students attending any of our summer programs will receive them back at the start of the session. Thank you for your help and cooperation!
As we wrap up the year...
Please remind your children of the importance of kindness and respect. As exciting as the end of the year can be, everyone needs to ensure that they are treating EVERYONE with respect whether it is a peer, a teacher, a paraprofessional, or a substitute teacher. We will take some time off of the fun end-of-the-year activities if students are not demonstrating respectful behavior.
Thanks for your continuous support!
