Principal's Message

Greetings Families,

Thank you for another great week supporting our students.

Teacher, business owner, dad, astronaut, billionaire, doctor, pilot, caretaker, dancer, athlete, president, counselor….our students dream of becoming so many awesome things as they grow up. Our jobs are to love and care for them in a manner that allows them to turn their hopes and dreams into a plan of action that they can believe. Hawthorne is passionate about our students’ growth and finding ways to empower students to believe that their hard work will lead them to reaching their hopes and dreams! This is no easy task. Some of our seniors in life talk about the power in “us” and “we.” When we lean on each other and build relationships, we exemplify Hawthorne’s motto, “Together We Make a Difference.” Let’s build our relationship and make the greatest difference. As we think about hopes and dreams, I would like to invite all families to our Hawthorne Family Career Night on April 18 at 5:30 pm. We will be hosting a dinner from 5:30 - 6 pm. The evening is free to everyone. Students can learn about a variety of careers from professionals such as dentists, teachers, etc.

Have a great weekend. Mr. Butler
