Coaches Catalyzing Change
A Community of Practice
Jewish Early Childhood Education is evolving and is more dynamic than ever before
Successfully leading in this dynamic field requires guidance and leadership from highly-skilled coaches who can partner to empower and challenge you to envision and realize incredible potential. Are you heading the call?
A New Community of Practice
The Paradigm Project is pleased to announce the development of our second coaching community of practice in Jewish early childhood. This is a very special opportunity for 10-15 educators from across the country who have a desire and the capacity to lead change and bring out the best in others. These coaches will enable people to find meaning and relevance in connecting to Jewish life, and expanding the understanding and presence of “community.” This will be a transformative experience that will maximize your ability to coach your school and community toward excellence.
Program Design: Through rigorous dialogue, extensive reading, deep Jewish learning and self-reflection, coaches will depend their understandings of the practice of coaching while actively and collaboratively embracing the scenarios of change management in Jewish early childhood education. The group will meet 4 times a year: DATE
Cost: ........thus the cost to each participant is $XXXX (including food and lodging).
