November Highlights

GTE Honors our Veterans

Green Tree Elementary was so honored to be able to bring back our Veterans Day Assembly. It was a wonderful morning honoring and celebrating our student's family members who have served in the military. Thank you so much to all the families who sent in pictures of their Veterans so we could honor them in a wonderful video put together by our computer teacher, Mrs. Jamie Day. If you haven't seen the video, it is linked below. We also want to give a big shout out to our PTO for organizing a delicious breakfast for our students and their Veteran! Our cafeteria was filled with excitement from all of our little Gators having breakfast with their Veteran!

A Special Thank You to our PTO President..

Kristin Vassolo accepted the challenge becoming Green Tree's new PTO president this year. Kristin has gone above and beyond leading the PTO team. Our entire PTO team has taken our GTE pride to another level. Kristin leads the way with her dedication to helping our school be the best it can be. Volunteering on a daily basis, Kristin is at Green Tree almost every day working on future projects, decorating our school for special occasions, and helping organize and set up our gorgeous new book room for our teachers. We are incredibly thankful and grateful to have her as our president. Thank you Kristin!
