Bailey's Bulletin
Our 2nd week has been, yet, another great week with our students. It has definitely been a busy one with the traditional second week stuff, and we had two visitors: Mr. Bill Taylor, KENS 5 Meteorologist, and Mr. Cleto Rodriguez, Where's Cleto Fox 29. What a fun week! We hope your students are enjoying school.
As we begin our routines going into the third week of morning arrival and drop-off, please help us by:
pulling all the way down so that as many cars can load/unload closest to the front of the school,
asking your children to be prepared to hop out of the car as soon as it stops in the car line,
seating your children on the passenger side of the car, closest to the curb, where we can safely have them exit the car on the sidewalk,
stay in line until all cars move forward,
use the crosswalk where our crossing guards are locating to avoid accidents,
at the intersection ensure you do not block Wilderness Oak,
ensure you do not turn from the non-turn lanes (there is only one left turn and one right turn lane), and
avoid cell phone use as it is prohibited in a school zone.
We appreciate your help in following these safety guidelines as do the parents in the line behind you!
For cars turning in to the back of the school for VIP drop-off, as well as buses, please ensure that you do not block the left turn lane on Wilderness Oak while waiting in the front car rider line. We do have buses, daycare vanes, and special program parents that need to access the back. Again, we appreciate your help in streamlining our arrival and dismissal procedures.
We are exciting for another week at Tuscany Heights!
Thank you,
Tara Bailey

Raising Awareness Around Anxiety
Please join the Reagan Cluster on Tuesday, October 1 at 6:30 in the Reagan High School auditorium in viewing an Original documentary that explores anxiety—its causes, effects, and what we can do about it. The film features World Champion Swimmer Michael Phelps and interviews young kids and adults who suffer from anxiety. We welcome the community to join us and talk about this important issue, as well as learn about resources and tools that can help.
This is an effort to bring all schools that feed into Reagan together to understand how we can continue to understand students of all ages. This documentary is for parents with students of all ages.
Dancing Happily After- Reagan High School
The new school year has started and the Reagan Dance Clinic is just around the corner. Students grades Kinder-10th are invited to participate. Come dance with Diamond Dancers and Silver Stars on October 19 and perform at the Reagan vs. Roosevelt football game!
