Who are they?

The current Governor of MD is Lawrence Hogan Jr.

He is known as the President of state. Yet his job as governor is too approve any bill passed by the general assembly, as well as being chief executive officer of the state, commander-in-chief of military forces of state, appoint all military officers, and as well as the final job of granting pardons/serving on commission.
