Police Brutality

Why are some cops so brutal?

What is police brutality

Police brutality is when police don't give a criminal or suspected criminal federal justice.

Background information

  • Police brutality is horrible
  • It happens everywhere all of the time
  • The military is now encouraged to share training, equipment, technology, and most subtle mentality with local police.

When does it happen?

Police brutality happens all the time. It also doesn't happen in just the United States. It happens all around the world.

Cause

Shooting and killing people

Brutality against only African Americans

Not showing justice and mercy

Arresting (some innocent) people

People not knowing how bad it is

Effect

Can cause backlash in crime

In some cases death

Burning down and vandalizing buildings

May result in racism

Police might be seen as a threat to some people

Conclusion

I personally think that police brutality is bad. Police should give legal rights to anybody, no matter how bad the crime they committed was. If police were this brutal, sure there would be no crime. But it could cause a lot of problems with crime and backlash. Also people would view police officers as threats to them and the world would go bad. Police brutality is bad and I don'n think it should be supported.
