Qigong - Ultimate Self-Healing
Qigong is a form of Chinese Energetic Medicine that has been practiced in China for over 5000 years. It includes movement, meditation, chanting, exercises and visualizations. Doing qigong calms the mind, relaxes and cleanses the body, and regulates breathing. Qigong is simple and true self-healing, through self-awareness. Open to every level of ability, these are fun movements that make you feel great!
Turtle Qigong Weekly Classes
Mondays: 3:30 - 5:00 pm-We may focus on a form for a month or do more varied practice for that day.
Fridays: 9 am – 10:15 am—The forms vary weekly and by the season.

April 6-Jade Woman Qigong is especially beneficial for women and transitions in women's lives and focuses on the liver. Great for Spring! Excellent for men too! Also will go over Master Liu's 7 Day Liver Cleanse.
May 11-Celestial Pillar Qigong-This is a fabulous form for Summer and managing our Yang qi. I am so excited to be teaching this form to you! (*Note time will be 9am-1pm for this one*)
June 8- Eight Treasures Qigong-Great form for balancing the entire body and strengthening the bones, tendons and the organ systems.
