We are elated to share with the Village Academy family that Lizeth Arzate has been admitted to Cornell University. Ms. Latour started the process by visiting Cornell last summer. Thank you Mrs. LaTour!! Lizeth is a full time dual enrolled student who is exemplary in her work and efforts.
Delray Students First will work hard to help her figure financial challenges that lie ahead and seek maximum support. Village Academy has produced its first Ivy League student (pending the scholarship results)………CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Principal's Reminders
Friendly reminders to parents on the following information :
- Elementary Progress Reports will come home with students on April 20.
- “Supervision available between 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after school hours DURING REGULAR SCHOOL HOURS ONLY. There is no early drop off.
- Effective immediately, students are NOT permitted to be on campus before 7am.
- Students may arrive on campus at 7:00 AM
- Students must be picked up by 2:45 PM
- The safety of each student is very important to us

1. Buzz the office- explain the medical emergency
2. Have your class/students around incident go into the hallway or another classroom
3. The emergency response team will be dispatched shortly to your classroom or location of the incident.

Middle school track has begun: Our first meet is April 19th starting at 4:30pm at Odyssey Middle School. Come cheer on our middle school tigers at the next meet. See Coach Jiggins and Ms. Webb for future dates!
Progress Reports Coming Up
Grades for progress reports will be in by Friday April 22nd . They will be printed on Monday April 25th and distributed on Wednesday Aprill 27th.
