Take Note
- Please note I need to move Nov 7th meeting to Nov 14th. I'm serving on an accreditation visiting team for Bethlehem Ossian Nov 7-9.
- After Flatrock fire inspection I learned that cold weather fire drills can and should be done with an alternate place to go in mind. We also can't miss any or makeup ones we missed. That said, at Flatrock we will be using the gym as the alternate place and practice that this winter. Fire drills will now just be plugged into my calendar for whatever days. I need to make sure they get done and that will help that take place. I will continue to be as aware as you make me of times that a fire drill might interfere with something you're doing.
- I am working with Jon DIze from the Partnership regularly now on boosting our SGO and endowment funding as well as a marketing plan.
- Please help me market school by either you sending me pictures of things going on in your class, field trips etc or have a parent send pics so I can post. I will work to make as many of the events as I can, barring I know about them, and take pictures. I get some from several regularly and others not so much. I would really like something from every class by whatever means possible. Thanks!

ILEARN/IREAD Required Training Coming
School personnel planning to administer the ILEARN and/or IREAD-3 assessments this year must first complete the required Test Administrator Certification Course. This online training is approximately 30 minutes in length and will be posted to the Indiana Assessment Portal beginning October 1. Educators may complete the training any time up until the scheduled assessment window for which they will serve as a Test Administrator (TA).
Please let me know when you're done with it so I know all have done it.
