Mission Statement

Guided by the Gospel, we partner with diverse families to form students in the Classical tradition, so they may grow in wisdom and virtue to use their gifts in the service of others, and for the glory of Christ and His Catholic Church.

Principal's Message

Dear All Saints Catholic School Families,

Thank you so much for the great support you all showed us for North Texas Giving Day and Noche de Nachos! We had our most successful Giving Day to date! It was also so special to be able to gather back for our first large scale gathering as a school community since COVID for Noche de Nachos. I think all that attended would agree with me when I say we had a fun evening and ate some delicuous nachos!

I also wanted to communicate with you all this week that as the weather has started to cool down, we have had some increased activity on our campus by homeless people seeking shelter in the evening staying around with us in the morning. As we are a private property, these people are trespassing. Dad's Club has begun providing safety patrol in the morning monitoring the parking lot and will walk the perimeter of our school every morning. We also also have been working with the our local police department and our neighborhood police officer assigned to the school to address the issue.

As today we celebrate the feasts of the Archangels, "God entrusted them with a mission to help us bring healing, fight evil, and proclaim the Word of God," (Catholic Daily Reflection), let us thank them today for their powerful work in our lives and ask for their continued protection.

Mary, Queen of All Saints, Pray for Us!

Blessings,

Dr. Prado

STANDARD RESPONSE PROTOCOL (SRP)

Standard Response Protocol (SRP) is a classroom response enhancement for critical incidents, designed to provide consistent, clear, shared language and actions among all students, staff and first responders. At All Saints, we use SRP to respond to safety incidents we have at the school to ensure all are kept safe while on campus. In our August student retreat, we trained with the faculty & students over SRP. Tomorrow, we will have our first SRP Lockdown Drill of the school year. While in lockdown, we will not be taking any phone calls, nor letting anyone in, or out of the building. We will alert all parents via PikMyKid notification when the drill begins and ends. As a parent, please know that should a real lockdown occur we will notify you via school email & Seesaw and will keep you updated via PikMyKid notifications. During a real lockdown, we ask you to please refrain from calling the school as this ties up are limited lines to be able to communicate with first responders. To learn more about SRP, please visit the SRP website link below.

Boys & Girls Club CYD Form

We were alerted that a Boys & Girls Club CYD form was passed out to all 2nd-8th grade students on Tuesday afternoon. We apologize for not communicating better about what this form is. The Boys & Girls Club lets us use their facility at NO CHARGE. They receive funding from a Community Youth Development (CYD) grant and this supports the memberships for all of the All Saints 2nd-8th grade students. Please complete the CYD form and return to your child's teacher at your earliest convenience.

Blessing of the Animals

Please see the information below about blessing of the animals. If you are unable to bring your child's pet during the day the church will have another blessing at 7pm.

PLEASE REMEMBER

Please remember in order for us to have a safe and healthy school and remain in-person, we need you all to do your part and if your child is experiencing any COVID symptoms, please DO NOT send your child to school. You MUST contact the school office if your child is experiencing symptoms, has had a COVID exposure, or if they are testing for COVID.

If testing for COVID, the school must have the results sent to them before your child can receive the approval to return to school. We also ask that if one child is exhibiting COVID symptoms in the family and there are other All Saints children in the home, ALL students should remain at home.

Should you have any other health, or COVID related questions, Mrs. Crocker is our local school health representative working in guidance and support with our Diocesan nurse. Mrs. Crocker's direct email is ccrocker@ascsfw.org..

School Safety Practices

Below is a reminder of the local school COVID practices we will have in place for this school year.

  2. When possible we will maintain 3 feet social distancing
  3. Water fountains will remain off for the school year. Reusable water bottles are highly encouraged.
  4. Our campus will continue to remain a closed campus for drop-off and pick-up
  5. All classrooms will have a medical grade HEPA air purifier running when students are in the classroom
  6. We will maintain a janitorial porter service to clean all restrooms and high-touch areas during the school day
  7. Our janitorial service will clean daily with medical grade disinfectant and electrostatic sprayers
  8. No virtual instruction will be offered

Don't forget to send your child to school with a reusable water bottle!

Water fountains are off this school year due to COVID and your child is thirsty! Please send them to school with a water bottle, preferably a reusable one so we can be gentle on the environment.
