Welcome back from the break. I hope your family found time to relax and enjoy the time off. I have some quick announcements for you:
First Semester ends on January 15th. Have your child communicate with their teachers to be sure they’re caught up and know what to do during the final stretch of this semester. Don’t let the end of the semester sneak up on your child.
Please talk to your child about where they are with their classes. I plan on checking my son’s grades and assignments this weekend. If you have questions feel free to communicate with teachers.
Next week, I will be sending information out from the guidance team about next enrollment for next year.
Next Monday, the board will be discussing our current situation regarding in seat vs. virtual instruction. We will keep you updated with any important changes.
Congratulations to our 7th grade Boys and Girls Basketball teams on the completion of their seasons. Our boys finished with a 3rd Place finish in the Jeff MS tournament, and our girls took 1st Place in the Smithton Tournament. 8th grade teams will finish their seasons this month.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. We realize this time of year is challenging for students, even during a non-pandemic year. Our guidance and administrative team is here to support your child.
