Dear Parents and students,
In these strange times, it is expected that a t times you may feel overwhelmed with this new way of learning. At times you might even feel that you are feeling sad and lonely because things have drastically change the way you interact with your family and friends. This newsletter offers some suggestions on how to make tomorrow better then today. In this book you will learn how to look at hope in a different way. Use some of this videos and suggestions to help you cope when you are feeling overwhelmed, sad or lonely and are needing a little bit of hope.
