EXCITING NEWS

LEAD2LEASE:

A release in late January resolved an issue where "text message" actions were not being synced to Lead2Lease from OneSite. Now a ‘Text Message’ action type from OneSite to will be mapped as a ‘Phone’ action type within Lead2Lease.

NEW CANCELLATIONS PROCESS

We have recently updated our cancellations process to improve accuracy, tracking and visibility. Therefore, we are no longer accepting cancellations via e-mail and ask, instead, that you please log into the Client Portal to cancel RealPage services.


This link will navigate you to our Client Portal where you will be able to select the property and products that you need to cancel. In addition to canceling products, you can also review your active licenses, your Invoice history and make payments.

LEASESTAR SUPPORT OVERVIEW / JANUARY 2016

There were a total of 14 ContraVest LeaseStar Support cases entered during the month of January 2016, and all were related to Lead2Lease.


  • 7 tickets for user credentials
  • 3 tickets for property settings/integrations
  • 3 were related to tracking numbers
  • 1 was a ticket regarding sources



All 14 tickets were completed within the Standard Level of Service (SLS) Timeframe.
