Transition Plus Community,
Although distance learning is not how we wish to interact with our students, and we look forward to getting back together, we would like to thank everyone; family members, staff, students, and teachers who are taking so much time and effort to make it possible to stay connected.
Mission Statement
The mission of Transition Plus is to provide services to students with educational disabilities and transition needs in post-secondary education and training, employment,
and independent living to promote a successful transition from high school to adult life.
Our Vision
To provide experience and learning that will assist students to have meaningful, satisfying work and home lives as family members, employees and citizens.
We provide students:
- Access to an environment of achievement to assist students in gaining skills and confidence.
- A positive school climate characterized by safety, compassion and the pursuit of knowledge and understanding.
- A structure of support and partnerships with our community, students, and families
- A professional and highly qualified group of caring individuals who have a passion for learning and sharing.
We offer:
- Continued support after high school for 18-21 year olds
- Many hands-on opportunities
- Extensive learning & training in the community
- Additional resources available for individual needs
- Support for growth and maturity of each student

See Everyone on Video Meetings!
In order to see everyone on your screen at one time, download this google meet extension BEFORE logging into your google meeting. You have to be on a computer that uses chrome. I am not sure if phones are compatible with the extension.
Once you have downloaded the extension, and logged into the google meeting, click on the grid with a diagonal line through it located in the upper right area of the page.
The BikeMN Classic Starts NOW!
This year's free, statewide, and virtual event of the summer starts TODAY! Bike where you want, when you want, and however far you want, snap a picture related to the weekly challenge, and submit it each week to win fantastic prizes! $1,000, $500, and $250 in gift certificates to the bike shop of your choice in Minnesota, an assortment of $100 prizes, and, at the end, a grand prize of a $2,000 gift certificate to Erik’s Bike Shop! It really is simple to enter: simply complete a ride, anywhere of any length that follows the weekly themes, take one or more photos, and upload them to the registration page for that week! Celebrate the simple joy of biking with us starting Monday, August 17th through Sunday, September 13th!
We want everyone to ride, wherever they may be, however far they want to go, and as often as they like - all for the joy of riding. We've provided some great route options available for download to help you explore too, which you can find on the BikeMN Classic Homepage below.

- 60 days of complimentary Internet Essentials service for new customers, which is normally available to all qualified low-income households for $9.95/month.
- Increased Internet speeds for the Internet Essentials service from 15/2 Mbps to 25/3 Mbps for all new and existing customers.
