Why is it important ?
Its important to be active for 60 minutes a day because it helps you build strong bones and muscles. It also helps you by not getting over weight and diabetes. Prevents chronic diseases, cancer, and strokes (which are the three leading health related causes of death).
Good ways to be active
Bike Riding , Walking , Running , Dancing or playing active games like tag , Basketball , Soccer , etc .
