Sādhanā is a discipline undertaken in the pursuit of a goal. The heat of core strength and the warmth of devotion are the goals of this practice. Ignite the power of the core and the light of the heart with a full spectrum practice combining core drills, asana, mantra and pranayama (yogic breath work). All levels welcome.
