Principal's Message - Measles

Dear Arleta Community - No doubt measles has been on your mind due to the outbreak that our neighbors to the north are experiencing. Please take a minute to read this letter from Multnomah County Education District and the Multnomah County Health Department in regards to the recent measles outbreak and ways you can keep your family safe. If you have questions about measles or other health related topics, please contact our School Nurse Jennifer Hoesly jhoesly@mesd.k12.or.us or our Health Assistant Annie Johnson ajohnson@mesd.k12.or.us. Annie is in the building everyday and can also be reached at 503-916-6330.

Best, Diana

It's that time of year again! - Arleta Make-It Faire - Thursday, February 21st

The Arleta Make-It Faire 2019

Thursday, February 21st

6pm-7:30pm

(set up begins at 5:30pm)

Without you, our event would not be nearly as engaging and exciting for our students and families. As a community, we take pride in our STEAM program but are constantly looking for ways to improve. One of the ways we do this is by hosting a free-to-the-public event that brings our whole community together to celebrate a joy of learning and creativity. Not only do we inspire our students, we demonstrate our commitment to academic excellence to our parents as well.

Thank you so much for your involvement in the past. We hope to see you again this year! If you have any questions, or know of others who might like to participate, please don't hesitate to contact Treasa Street tstreet@pps.net (503) 916-6330 x79422
