FRENCH PASTRY CLASSICS

Starts Feb. 23 Ends Mar. 9 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Mondays (3 sessions)

Recreate the decadent texture and tastes of favorite French pastries. We'll discover pate a choux and hand pipe perfect eclairs. Whip up luscious vanilla pastry cream, chocolate ganache and Chantilly cream. Finally, make a flavorful apple tarte tatin.

BASICS OF COOKING

Starts Feb. 24 Ends Mar. 10 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesdays (3 sessions)

Learn the basics of home cooking in this introductory, hands-on course.These classes will provide clear and concise recipes for everyday cooking. This class focuses on simple techniques for maximizing flavors in roasting, pan-searing, stir-fries, soups, salads and sauces.

BASICS OF BAKING

Starts Mar. 30 Ends Apr. 13 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday (3 sessions)

Enjoy the basics of baking in this in-depth course. This class will involve participants in preparing cakes, custards, pastries, tarts and pies.
